On the bright side, the location was excellent, very near Lincoln Road and many shops, which was perfect for my needs. Despite these mixed experiences, the hotel provided a comfortable bed and was close to beach attractions and main points of interest, though it was uncomfortable at night due to noise and some staff members lacking in customer service.

However, the rooms were dirty, with peeling paint and unclean bathrooms, but the service was amazingly friendly. Dining was poor, offering very limited portions. The hotel had a nice location, but the dining experience and room cleanliness were disappointing.
